Corporate Headquarters in Lake O Capital M Lending

Office spaces tend to be boring, stark, and uninviting with an emphasis on function. Our clients tasked us with creating their new company headquarters. Since they are a home mortgage firm, we immediately thought…let’s make it HOMEy!

We had to use some cubicles for workstations, but the rest of the office is comprised of shared offices, a private room (for zoom calls or taking a quick nap), and an open lounge next to the kitchen for working or having a solo or shared meal. Additionally, there’s a conference room and reception area that’s on the client-facing side.

Point is…workplaces can be warm, inviting, comfortable, and design-forward environments that make you almost happy to be there.
