This was a home I used to own. We sold it in 2018. The homes and spaces I create for my clients vary anywhere from wildly different to having only some similarities to my own home. My home is a reflection and representation of me and my family and the home I will create for you is unique to who you are; your interests, personality, values, lifestyle, family needs, and budget.

I have a special fondness for homes built in the 60s, especially mid-century modern homes. These were the homes I played in and babysat neighbor children in while growing up in a small suburb outside of Portland. This house was built in 1963. It sits on Mt. Tabor in SE Portland and there are 40 steps to the front door! The view is stunning, but the house was dated and smelled something awful. It was in dire need of a cosmetic makeover.

We didn’t move any walls, but peeled back every single surface and repainted every inch of wall and ceiling space. Every room was updated while retaining the mid-century features; including the pale pink tub and sink in the master bath and the wood-paneled walls and wood ceiling in the living room.
