Main Floor Makeover in Eastmoreland These delightful clients travel often. I wanted their home to feel like its own travel destination.
These clients who are also dear friends bought their home in 2013. They were recently married, and did what many couples do, they combined furnishings from each of their previous homes. They both had their own unique style and their furnishings reflected this; his furnishings were elegant, refined, and many pieces were antique, her pieces were more easy-going, fresh, and current.
The result of merging their furnishings was okay, but never felt quite right, and their stunning Eastmoreland home deserved better.
My clients travel often for leisure to international destinations. My goal for this main floor makeover was that the rooms could be anywhere in the civilized world. I wanted them to come home from their many travels and feel like their own home was an international destination.
