• FURNISHINGS: Full-Service Interior Design for Home or Office Furnishings

REMODELS: We charge a flat rate for the scope of your project. To determine the design fee for your particular project, we schedule a complimentary on-site consultation. We are not a General Contractor, but will refer our preferred list of builders to you or we are happy to work with your GC/builder of choice. Our typical projects include any location in your home including:

• kitchen design
• primary suite and bathroom design
• mud room and laundry room design
• design of multiple rooms (kitchen, dining, and great room)
• new home construction (entire home) This service includes all design selections including all surfaces, cabinetry/built-ins, windows/doors, trimwork, plumbing, lighting/electrical, and complete kitchen and bathroom design planning. Furnishings available as a separate contract.

All areas will receive complete floor plans, concept boards, elevation drawings for built-ins and cabinetry, a lighting plan, and a spreadsheet of design selections. Photo quality, full-color renderings are available as needed.

FURNISHINGS: Full-Service Interior Design for Home or Office Furnishings:

• floor plans for furniture space planning
• concept boards for a visual representation of the design plan (photo quality, full-color renderings are available as needed)
• sourcing, purchasing, receiving, and storing selected furnishings
• a final installation and placement of home furnishings including waste removal

For design fees, we charge a flat rate per room. Rates depend on how many items we are sourcing for you and if we’re assisting with any cosmetic changes, such as adding wallpaper, replacing a chandelier, designing built-ins, redesigning a fireplace, etc. To determine the design fee for your particular furnishings project, we schedule a complimentary on-site consultation. We are happy to blend your existing pieces with new pieces needed to complete each space.
