For this client, I was hired to remodel a dated condo in preparation to be put on the market. It was dark and oddly, had 1 full bath and 2 half baths. I had the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms painted white, added a shower in the downstairs bathroom, and refreshed the condo throughout. It’s currently for sale with the Hasson Company for $500,000 and is located in lovely downtown Lake Oswego with a walking score of 98! Avocado toast with a fried egg on top available at Chucks less than a block away.
